For international users to access RECORDhub, they need to:
- Use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) service that allows them to connect through a US-based server
- Select a US location within their VPN application
- Once connected to the VPN, they should be able to access RECORDhub normally
Accessing Records
The Alburgh Land Records are available in the Town Clerk’s Office, Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Friday 9:00a.m. to noon. Please call 802-796-3468 to make an appointment. Copies of recorded documents in office are $1.00 per page or $2.00 per page if accessing records online.
Recording Documents
Documents can be dropped off at the Clerk’s Office, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or on Fridays 9:00a.m. to noon. Additionally, documents can be mailed to the Town of Alburgh, 1 North Main St. Suite 1 Alburgh, VT 05440. Documents are assigned a book and page number, stamped, scanned, and then indexed in our software program. The process takes about two weeks or more.
