		      DRAFT MINUTES


Members present: Chair- Danielle James Choiniere, Vice Chair- John Chesarek, Brian Tjelta

7:03pm meeting called to order.

   > Agenda adjustments: None
 
   > Approval of minutes: Discussion occurred on those members whose terms expired and were not yet reappointed by the selectboard. Though it wasn't a hardship to table minutes until the next meeting John motioned to accept February's draft minutes as written. Brian 2nd, all in favor. So approved. 

   > Public comment: None.

   > Old business:
       
      - Grants: The Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation FPR grant was applied for on February 1st and no word yet on results.

      - Signage: The Lakeshore Park sign was paid for and in storage until better weather for installation.

   > Correspondence: Luke Slomba of NW Regional Planning was looking to attend the May or June meeting to touch base and discuss town plan items. He will be attending our May 19th meeting. The board asked if Regional Planning had a nice map of trails we can utilize and we can ask Luke.

   > Other business: Renee Creller chose not to renew her term which ended in March and the board is grateful for her dedication! 

   > Adjourn: Brian moved to adjourn at 7:17pm, all in favor!
