Members present: Chair- Danielle James Choiniere, Vice Chair- John Chesarek via Zoom, Brian Tjelta

7:05pm meeting called to order.

   > Agenda adjustments: None
 
   > Approval of minutes: John motioned to accept January's draft minutes. Brian 2nd, all in favor. So approved. Did not have December's.

   > Public comment: None in person. A general comment was sent on Front Porch Forum last month regarding a hump/bump on the trail heading east. The board will try and narrow the spot down and attempt to reach out to VAST and the landowner for guidance.

   > Old business:
       
      - Grants: The Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation FPR grant was due February 1. The grant requesting $40,000 of the funds with a $10,000 match was submitted on time. No results received at this time but expected to hear word either way in March. 

      - Signage: The Lakeshore Park sign is ready for pick up. A check needs to be created by the town treasurer to pay for this $359.00 bill.

   > Correspondence: None.

   > Other business: A public walk/ski/snowshoe was suggested for the weekend of 2/28 or 3/1 to be hosted by the PC.

   > Adjourn: Brian moved to adjourn at 7:17pm, all in favor!
