Members present: Chair- Danielle James Choiniere, Vice Chair- John Chesarek via Zoom, Ashley Bowen

      - Grants: The Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation FPR grant is due February 1. Danielle has been working with several state departments to determine if a wetlands permit would be necessary. John has reached out to three businesses for quotes. Ashley to email Krystal Sewell of DEC for permit clarification. John will look into ADA information and if this new trail would need to comply or if it would fall under allowed exemptions. Danielle will work with selectboard and town administrator for a letter of support and on details regarding future trail maintenance. The planning board read the questions requiring small write-ups and made notes. Ashley said she could work on these questions in more detail.

	Board members chose a special meeting date of January 27th at 7pm as another working session.
