Public: Andy Julow LCIEDC, Emily Klofft NRPC

7:05 pm Meeting called to order.

Adjustment to agenda: None

Minutes from the February meeting tabled to include discussion.

NRPC: Regional Future Land Use/Act 181 update with mapping, Act 250 changes, housing targets

Public Comment: Andy Julow, brief summary of LCIEDC, projects happening and future projects available

Old Business
Subcommittees: Small Business Outreach-CVOEO could do business classes but not until summer/fall due to small staff, PC needs to find email list to reach out to businesses about needs

Grants: Emily will send grants for Trail projects, PC will continue to search for applicable grants

Signage: Choice D is unanimous. Picnic tables and grills also discussed to be added after the PC visits the site at the next meeting.
